- Invited learners, instructors and administrators count even before their first login. Suspended accounts are excluded from billing.
- Can we use existing SCORM courses?
- Yes. EducateMe supports uploading SCORM packages alongside lessons, assignments and live events.
- Are text roleplays metered like voice calls?
- No. Chat-mode roleplays are unlimited. Completed voice sessions of at least 30 seconds consume the plan’s allowance.
